Rules

1. Wearing of uniform is compulsory during college hours on all working days and on the day of meeting and college Festivals as festivals as prescribed blow for school student.
2. Students must not leave the college campus during college hours without proper permission
3. All the students must attended at least 90% of the classes held during the academy session
4. Monthly Tuition Fess shall have to paid on or before 10th of every month. The fees for the whole session must be cleared up before filling up council’s examination forms.
5. Appearing in every examination of the Academy is compulsory.
6. Consumption of Alcoholic drinks, drugs, guthhas, pan and smoking in the Academy premises are strictly prohibited. Violate of this code may lead to sever action like fine and expulsion from the institution
7. Students will solely be responsible for the loss or misuse of the I-card.
8. The decision of the managing Committee of Anandaram Baruah Academy on all matters shall be final and binding .However, the suggestion of the principal shall be considered Favorably.
9. NO fess will be refunded if a student of this institution is released on the ground of violation of the above mentioned rules and regulation or he/she gets transfer from the institution during the course of study.
10. All kind of communication from the Academy will be made only with the legal guardian of the student
11. In the name of Institution no society, association, organization etc. Shall be formed, no collection to made, no ticket be sold, no function be held, no person invited to address students, no social be arranged nor anything be printed and/or circulated without the written permission.
12. Student must not engage in active political work in the institution.
13. The Rules & Regulation of the Academy are subject to change from time to time as per need.

MISC. INFORMATION

IDENTITY CARD

Identity card is issued to each bona fide student of the institution. Possession of Identity card is compulsory during college hours on all working days and on the days of meeting, festivals or on other occasions

ATTENDANCE

Students have to attend minimum 90% of the classes held, in an academic year failing which they may be debarred from appearing in the exam. However , a student may avail leave of absence from the principal on genuine ground with guardian’s signature falling which he/she will be imposed a fine.

LIBRARY FACILITIES

A number of text and reference books, periodicals, magazines, news papers etc. Are available in the library. Books are issued to student on production of library card.

MERIT AWARDS

The institution takes great pride in every student of the academy, but the academy Award goes to those student who secure 1st three positions in the H.S. first year final exam.

Merit Awards are also presented to students securing first Division in the H.S.L.C & H.S.2nd year final exam.

And the most prestigious Academy Awards go to the student securing highest aggregate marks in the H.S.L.C. & H.S.2ND year final exam.
